I have a 2015 Audi A4 B8 model and the MMI display screen has stopped working. Also the buttons for nav, tel, radio, media are no longer illuminated. There is also no audio from radio/media.
I have checked all fuses in front left/right of dash and in luggage compartment and all were good.
I've tried pressing menu/dial button/top right with no effect. Also tried pressing & holding in MMI on button which also didn't work.
I'm booked in for a service next week so hopefully they can fix what is wrong but I was hoping to get a clue what was going on in this forum.
