Default Multiple check engine codes, turns over but won’t start

I have a 2014 Audi A4 2.0L and it won’t start. I was driving on the highway going 70 and my RPMs dropped significantly and my car died while driving. My EPC light came on right away, however my check engine did not. After trying to start it and the car was not starting, just turning over, my check engine light came on. I then towed the car home and checked my plugs and coils right away. I replaced plugs because they looked as if they were running really lean. My coils looked okay, so I put them back in and my car started for 5 minutes. I quickly scanned the check engine codes while the car was running and got: P0098, P0098 P, P0171, and C0700. One of the codes said it was running lean, which went right along with my lighter colored plugs. I figured it could maybe be the high pressure fuel pump (I read some other forums and someone had a similar problem, so I tried it). That did not work. Now I am completely stumped and am open to all suggestions.

I'd look into fuel injection nozzles for clogging issues.
