Can someone please help me to find out what leakage is this in the picture below? This is happening only in the passenger side near engine, also can see some wetness below the engine(Marked in the picture).

Driver side looks clear and dry.

If you look at the picture with the circle drawn on it, the bolt in the middle is in the cylinder head. This space appears clean(ish) and dry. The object to the rear of that, which appears greenish and seems wet, is the brake system vacuum pump. The high pressure fuel pump is on the back, but the left side of the engine bay. It apparently plugs into the vacuum pump in some manner, so to remove the vacuum pump to check the seal to the head will require removing the high pressure fuel pump first.

I wouldn't expect a gas leak to have persistent wetness, as should it not evaporate? So if it is wet, I'd suspect coolant or oil, but I don't know anything about the vacuum pump and what the seal between it and the head is supposed to seal (probably oil, maybe the vacuum pump is lubricated with engine oil?).

Update..
Just completed my service, and in service center they said it doesn't seems like a leakage and they cleaned it and asked me to check after 200 KM, However i still can able to notice(after 30-40 KM) some oil stains at some parts as marked in the picture below! Is this normal one ?
