Default Parts list for rear view mirror

All, I'm wondering where I can find a parts list for the rearview mirror on the B8?

Friends car is missing the black trim/surface piece that sits between the glass and the trim piece of the mounting area, as well as the black channel piece that hides the wiring on the windshield.
The silver/gray trim cover is broken as well and I might as well get the new sensor silicone pad while I'm doing it.

Any thoughts?

The mirror itself is fine. (he got the car used)

Thanks in advance!

What year? Quattro or FWD? There's many ETKA clones around the net with the break out diagrams and parts numbers. But they organize the diagrams by A4 vs A4Q (or A4AR for the allroad) for B8 and then by year.

For a 2010-2012 quattro,

Thanks,
It's for a 2012 Quattro.

I'll take a look and see if I can find the old ETKA that I used to have but off the cuff I couldn't locate it.
Thanks again!

Pieces 15 and 16 are needed, but there's a black piece that attaches to the bottom of the cover for the other sensor that sits right behind the mirror (not shown in the photos or anywhere online). I'll try to get a picture from another unit to show. This goes between the glass and the cover for the sensor. When you twist the mirror back onto the windshield it's what really keeps the plastic from vibrating and helps secure the mirror a bit from moving.

That being said, I noticed various part numbers for the silver cover on 15. Any idea what the differences are, if any?
Thanks again!

So if you take the pic there, you have
the mirror, object 1, which is part 18 on mirrors diagram
the retaining spring, object 2, which is part 8 on the windscreen diagram
the rain/light sensor if so equipped, object 3, which is part 6 on the windscreen diagram. It includes part 7, the foil that seals the sensor to the windshield.
the retaining plate, object 5, is part 21 on the mirrors diagram, but that's just a reference to the same part 4 on the windscreen diagram.
the upper cable guide, object 6, is part 16 on the mirrors diagram
the lower cable guide, object 8, is part 15 on the mirrors diagram
no idea what piece includes object 4. Could be a component of the mirror part, or the upper cable guide part?

I'm not sure what other object there is.
part 4, the retaining plate, does refer to including a part 5, but it doesn't seem to have a separate part number

As for the differing part numbers, that's going to depend on your PR codes. Unfortunately, Audi seems to not be particularly thorough when documenting the PR codes. My sticker had no code for the interior mirror, but at least I know my interior color code is GR (beige). So the likely part for my car would be 8T0857593 Y22 for part 15 and 8T0857593A for part 16.

There's a pdf on the net for "vag option codes" that lists the common meanings of most of the PR codes. For example, the 7Yx codes are all about the lane change assist/lane keep and blind spot monitor. So you can figure out which PR code you would be by knowing what your car has. Mine would be 7Y0 (no lane change assist) and/or 7Y8 (blind spot monitoring without lane change assist). 8Nx refers to the intermittent wipers with the various sensors. Mine would be 8N3 or 8N6, 8N7, 8N8. Hard to say which for certain. But for the purpose of that chart, I only need to differentiate 8N1, basic intermittent wiper, vs 8N6/8N7, rain sensing intermittent wiper. Then again, if you look, all the entries result in the same part number, so what's it matter.

This is perfect!

It's definitely 4, 6, and 8 that is needed.

Sorry SMac770, been on the road this week.

It definitely appears there's not a part number separate for #4. I will probably research buying #5 and simply using that base trim on his. My next issue is ensuring the correct color code for #8 but I think giving Audi the VIN should easily give me the exact color, which is likely "silver".

You'd think something like this would be simple to decipher! LOL.

Thank you again for the work on this in helping me!
