no noise at all from pump .Dose the high pressure pipe give trouble or could it get blocked ?

2 immediate causes come to mind.

- Stiff U joint in shaft - clean and lube while working back and forth with wheels off ground
- Bad fluid - flush fluid using a turkey baster. Remove and replace from reservoir as much as you can. Do this every day for a week and you should feel improvement

Both of these issue can occur rather suddenly. And the old fluid will likely look fine.

I vote U joint. Mine went bad at about 70k miles. $600 at dealer to do the job. Mine felt both stiff and jerky to move.

That's exactly how mine felt and it was bad fluid. Try the fluid change first. A lot cheaper than the U-joint replacement.
