Problem downloading phone book on MMI
Phone entries from our Blackberry Pearl will not download. It is an ATT Blackberry Pearl, model 8110. Phone book on my Blackberry Tour downloads no problem.

Go into your Messages, click on the Blackberry button and go to View folders.
Scroll down to Phone Call Logs, click on the top date(today's) and click on the Blackberry button again, and Delete Prior.
This is how I solved phonebook syncing issues with my Storm.
