reset bluetooth pin

I bought a used 2010 Audi Q5, and when I try to pair my phone, the car asks for a PIN, How can I reset this?

I would take it to the nearest Audi dealer. Someone there should be able to show how to do it.

If the car is asking for a PIN, it's wanting the PIN you set in your phone. If it's the phone asking for a PIN, it's the PIN you set in the MMI of the car (Telephone then Setup, bluetooth setup, bluetooth pin).
