S4 Exhaust Catback on B8 A4? (Did a search)
Can someone tell me definitively if I can put a catback S4 exhaust on my A4? I already have everything to accept the quads. Just wondering if I can do this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I think you can on the 3.2L but not so sure about the 2.0T (probably not). Remind us which engine you have?

Well I'm not positive about any of this bc I don't have a 3.2L in front of my for reference...But I know I have seen guys on here or AZ put S4 exhaust on their 3.2. So lets just think of things that you would need to check out before any purchase or installation on a 2.0T to see if its even possible:
if you are replacing the CAT with the one from the S4 you would need to see if the flange where the CAT and headers bolt up are the same size, bolt pattern etc. since the 3.2L and 3.0 have an extra cylinders, the flange me be larger than the 2.0T. Likewise at the other end of the CAT, is the CAT the same length? are the flanges the same sizes?
This is me just talking about things to look for. Hopefully someone else will chime in with some more/better knowledge. Hope this gives you something to start with though.

It does...much appreciated! I picked up a 2010 full S4 system today and I can tell you 1 difference off the bat - 2 downpipes and 2 inlets into the Cat. Wow! So I'm looking for a shop to modify for me this week.
