90% sure it will fit,but just want to make sure before I attempt the swap. Anybody have one in their A4?

My wife had a silver B7 Titanium edition 2.0T before this Meteor grey B8 Avant and the Titanium ed has the blacked out grilln which just looks clean and aggressive at the same time. Her car has Gunmetal VMR RS4 reps on it and the dark greay car/gunmetal rims,I think the black grill would just blend in better than "chrome".

yes it will fit.

You really have two options, A4 Grill or S4 Grill. IMO, you should go A4 grill, since it's kinda posing (like adding an S4 badge). But to each their own. If the goal is to black out the grill/chrome surround then you can get one @ ESC Tuning.

Agreed, unless you have an s-line (or s-line exterior). Audi designers put a strong vertical focus on the front of the S4 - using both the grill & bumper. The standard A4 focuses more on the horizontal lines in the front. IMO, the A4 Grill with a S4 bumper (the unfortunate A4/S-line pairing in the US - thanks AudiUSA!), is mismatched and not what the designers intended.

No S4 badge, of course!
