"Telephone may not be connected or attached properly" on MMI screen

Hi,
I have this message on my MMI screen and I cant get through it to connect my phone via bluetooth.
Can anyone help please ?

What do you mean go through it? You just turn on bluetooth on your phone and scan for devices. You'll find an Audi entry and then put in the PIN.
If you don't know the PIN, you can hit Setup and then Telephone settings -> Bluetooth settings -> PIN
