Turbo replacement
My 2012 A4 quattro needs a new turbo which I will buy this week. Is there something I need to do after I put it on like adapt it to the ECU? It’s my first time doing it so some tips would be appreciated

If it's a direct replacement with the same model turbo you shouldn't have to adapt anything. I replaced the K03 turbo on my 1999 Passat 1.8T and it was literally plug and play. The A4 should be no different.
