Default Just developing this problem in my 02 allroad too

I notice this in my allroad at cruising speed at about 60 mp. Not using cruise. With tiptronic trans. My first thought was the drive by wire system and the gas pedal potentiometer. If I give it just a bit more or less gas, it goes away. I think there may be a worn spot on my pedal potentiometer. What do you guys think?

Default Same here with 2010 A4 Allroad S-tronic

Hi,

I Don' know if this thread is any more active but trying my luck.

My MY2010 A4 Allroad Quattro seems to have same issue. There is small RPM variation when driving steady speed. It doesn't matter if cruise is on or off. Double clutches and mechatronics has been just changed but issue remains. Does anyhoo know the solution for this. In my understanding the work shop checked that the gearbox program is the newest available.

I haven't checked the throttle body so that would be one thing to check at least.
