What do you think about this deal?
 

Trying to get back into the Audi fold. I'm looking at a 2011 A4 2.0T CVT Premium Plus with sport package. Sticker is around $38k. I want to use my trade in that has about $5000 in equity (Lexus IS250 lease turn in with too low residual, no money out of pocket) and pay around $320 a month for 4 years with 10k miles a year. Is this realistic or am I going to get laughed off the lot?

So, it's a lease?
