Default What is the thickness of the sport rear sway bar for the A4 and the S4?

What is the thickness of the rear S4 sway bar?-Im looking to upgrade the rear sway bar and replace the stock OEM sport sway bar.I like to know the thickness of the Rear Sway bar on the S4?

I read that the S4 rear bar is 21.5 mm thick and the HR bar ranges in the 25 mm thickness.

Isnt the thickness whats important ?So I imagine that the HR is best?Unless the thickness information for the S4 which is listed at "21 mm" in thickness is incorrect.I hope someone can clarify this for me.

The S4 has very stiff swaybars for a stock car. Very noticeable over uneven pavement. I think this is a good thing for most. The 3 series (328 and 335) is set up a lot softer.

Also, you have to make sure you're comparing apples to apples as some sway bars are hollow and some aren't.

Yup. Also the quality of the metal will also make a difference.

If that is true, that's the difference. BMW uses hollow ones.
