Default 19” tire pressure?

Those with 19s, what tire pressure are you running? Mine came with 18s...so I’m reaching out.

I've never had a car with different tire pressure for front/back. Why would the front have a higher pressure? And doesn't this make the tires wear unevenly?

I have 245/35 R19 Continental...

The car is not 50/50 balanced. More weight on the axle requires more tire pressure for the same contact patch. Audi's document for the 8W "45" with 18" or 19":
partial load (two adults in front) - 36 front / 33 rear for normal tires or 41 front / 38 rear for "ECO" tires
full load (five adults and full trunk load) - 41 front / 44 rear
wow, those are up there, more than the pressures on my B8.0 2.0T avant.

As for wear, you rotate tires every 5k for a reason.

I'm not sure I've ever had a car where F and R pressures were the same. Certainly not in the last 5 family cars over 10 years.

I was shocked to see 41 front / 44 rear listed for pressure. Dam that's high. I know it's full load but if you have a family that's everyday.

Actually it's for a full load of passengers, a full load of luggage in the trunk and for sustained high speed driving on the highway. Basically it's for long distance trips. Under those conditions the tires generate a lot of heat. Higher tire pressure dissipates heat better than lower pressure so the tires don't fail from overheating.
