Having a wheel with the specific offset you are looking for is going to put the wheel directly against the hub for a 1:1 fit.

Will they put the contact patch in the same position, yes. Could you potentially experience the effects mentioned in the other post, yes. However, 10mm is not a ton to really notice too much of a difference and youll get used to the change really quick. Doing 20mm is a different story and it could definitely slow down the turn in when handling.
I am currently running the ECS tuning 18' wheel flush spacer kit on mine. It's a 10mm spacer in the front and a 12mm spacer in the rear. These spacers are hub centric to the original hub and to your wheel and I have not noticed any vibrations even at higher speeds. The kit also comes with longer wheel lugs so that you are getting proper clamping force when torqueing the wheels. I'm currently running the same size tire with my OEM wheel and it is pretty flush with the fenders. I also have set of 19" RS4 replicas with a 255/35/R19 that I'm waiting to get refinished and then putting on the car. They fit perfectly flush. I also have EMD lowering springs as well which just add to the overall look. This is the best pic I have right now showing how flush the wheels are with the spacers.

when it’s flush with fenders looks like it’s wide bodied

Looks good! I only said it "could" introduce vibrations, not that it absolutely will. I roll fenders on the side, so I have heard many stories.

Oh I hear you. I've heard many horror stories about spacers. I was pleased to see the quality of the ones I have when I ordered them, and the fit is perfect. They go on nice and snug and have just an overall good feeling when I put them on. I know I have had a slight vibration from flat spots in my tires from the day I picked it up CPO. They managed to wear super nicely and the vibration went away. the tires also wore super evenly even with my springs being on for about 35k (60k on it now).

When I have some tuning, should I expect lost my warranty? That's another my concern.

What would be the largest sidewall that could be ran on an 18 inch rim? Where I live there is no option to lower the A4 as it will drag several places I go already if I dont enter at a 45 degree angle and take it slow. Just looking to fill in the wheel well a little more.
