Can you set Radio and Bluetooth music to their own volumes?

On mine, I have six or seven inputs.

Don't hit Menu first. While playing any given source hit the +button to the right of the MMI wheel. You then get a menu containing controls for bass, treble, input level, etc... all specifically for that given source.

On my car, it exists for Bluetooth and Aux, not for SD or Jukebox. So to the original question - when I turn the input all the way up, and my phone volume all the way up, the level is about the same as the radio (and louder than off an SD card). That would avoid the sudden volume changes with BT. Unfortunately, I use radio and SD 99% of the time, and I don't see a way to adjust those on my car.
For those who said is works for SD cards or for any source, can you confirm that yours has the input level entry while using an SD card? I'll ask my dealer for an MMI update if that was included in software updates.

Have different MMI versions changed the navigation model? That would seem very odd. What do others see?

I also was unable to find any volume settings. I can only change sound effects like treble, bass, etc. The input volume for Bluetooth is already at max. I've also tried adjusting the volume on my phone but that had no effect on the car volume whether its max or min. As far as carplay there are no options to adjust at all.
