Clicking Noise and Back-up Camera not disengaging 2017 A4 Quattro Premium

I have a 2017 A4 Premium Quattro I bought three weeks ago and I am noticing a clicking noise when turning with the turn signal on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is it normal?

The other issue I am experiencing is the back-up camera sometimes remains on even when I am moving forward. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I have the same issues with my Audi A8. I’ve phoned Audi but as usual they want to take the car in and check it , every time I turn full lock it makes that noise . Regarding the camera , yes it’s. I’m on with all Audi’s . Just switch to radio mode or another mode and camera goes of straight away .
