Coding for turning on Audi Active Lane Assist (all cars with pre sense)

I did every adaption/coding as required (except for the lane change assist).
I still get an error in A5 about a missing coding for the "steering assistance for lane assist". Error code is c10acf2.
Any idea? My A4 B9 is a European. I have the correct camera, since I have traffic sign recognition.

I have been able to make all changes except for the 5F adaptations. I'm using OBDeleven and its latest Android app. After I select "Activated" for Car_Function_Adaptations_Gen2>menu_display_Lane_De parture_Warning and then send the change, I get a "Something went wrong. Please try again" error (after several seconds of "Loading...").
Any idea?

Hey Mitchfin, thanks for the awesome write-up, I've now got both the High beam assist and the lane keeping assist on my car. I have a lot of highway driving and the added safety of the lane keeping is very much appreciated.
