I did. They are all exactly set as described, with the exception of the one below, because I don't have the hardware for this functionality in my side mirrors.
Lane Change Assistant>Active | Byte 5>Bit 3
To double check; If I don't have the Lange Change Assistance option, I should not set this to active, right?

I've got good news: it works on a European model aswell.
I do have an error though. Have a look at the last picture. Apparently there is an fault message in the cluster now "Audi side assist" and as you can see there is a little icon of a mirror on the top right of the cluster. Any idea how I can get rid of that?
Good news, I got my side assist error to go away be deactivating the lane change assist setting. Lane assist functionality is still working, but now no error on start. Those without the tech package now have an error-free solution.
Nyulak, where exactly did you deactivate the lane change assist setting?
I have the same message. I'm using VCDS?
Is that unset Byte 5 Bit 3 in Module 17? According to MitchFin this bit must be set?
