Coding for turning on Audi Active Lane Assist (all cars with pre sense)

Tried this on a Canadian A4 but wasn't able to get into the A5 module. When I tried to access it I got the message 'No response from controller' and was kicked back out to the module select screen.
Canadian A4s only come with pre sense basic standard. Pre sense city is part of package that comes with lane assist and ACC.
I have high beam assist which came with the LED headlights though so Im guessing theres something missing in pre sense basic that is in pre sense city.

and before I can get to this screen to enter the security code, I get a popup that says 'No response from controller' and get kicked back to the first screen.
Have tried with engine off, engine on and same result. Im entering it at the bottom cause I cant find it in any of the tabs.
