Anyone know which fuse holder to tap into for an always-on connection?

if you are in the fuse box under the foot rest on the drivers side, any of them in group C. i would use number 6.

Thanks. Before I read that, I just used B1. Alarm. That seems ok, right? It seems to be working. I used a hard-wire kit with an 11.6 volt cutoff.

My manual has C6 as "sockets" and group C is a lot of tuff that is switched off.

I would think the door lock/unlock circuit is always on. Anyone know what fuse that is on a US 2018 A4?

everything in C is hot all the time at the fuse box.

This is why you need one. She was accused of causing the death, when it ended up being the other driver who caused it.

I'm having the same problem. The top right came off OK, but the top left one is still in there tight. Which side do we approach from when it's tight? Headliner doesn't seem that solid to put pressure from. Continue from the side?

Thanks!

Just don't do a mirror tap. There is not much upside to it since it is easy enough to shove a wire into the headliner gap, and some downsides. I don't think there is always-on power in there, so the dashcam won't record when parked. And even if there was always-on power in there, there is no room for a low-voltage cutoff.

I have front and back camera in place now - though wiring not final yet.
