OBD behavior

Is it just me or if you leave the OBD11 plugged in to the port, some functions of the car start to not work, for instance, the MMI doesn't disable, etc?

Maybe a coincidence, but I just installed one and my car wouldn't sense the key in order to start - and the battery is definitely good on the remote.

I don't believe it was meant to remain in your OBD port. Highly suggest you pull it out after programming.
