Do you have to use 19" wheels/tires with a Sport Package?
Or can you use 18s?
If you can how does it affect the ride of the car?
And would it affect anything having to do with the warranty or cause any other issues with Audi?
Thanks.

I believe all the Sport package, performance-wise, is just the lowered ride height from the sport springs. Everything else is purely cosmetic.
The 19s will ride harsher but will give you better road feedback and turn-in. It will not have an affect on your warranty if you swap it out to 18s.

I have the sport package with 19s. What Daaavid said is correct, though I think the front shocks are different as well. The 19s are definitely harsher (they don't smooth out smaller/sharper bumps as well) as compared to the loaners I've been in with the 18 inch wheels. It all depends on the quality of roads where you are.

Personally, I think mine rides better on the 19's. Could be the tires, or that I lowered it and tightened up the rear suspension, but mine rides better on the summer 19's than my all performance 18 winter set up

I have sport package w18s and wouldn’t go to 19s with Northeast roads! For everyday driving it is pretty good, I certainly wouldn’t want it set up any softer. My wife, on the other hand, thinks the ride is a bit harsh.
