Default Free Accessories from Dealership with Purchase

Just finalized financing on a pre-owned A4 from an Audi dealership. I'm thinking to request them to throw in some accessories for free, mainly cargo/floor mats, cleaning kits, jackets. Are these reasonable? Any other accessories you've been able to get?

Thanks.

Good luck if you've already finalized your deal.....maybe you can get an Audi ball cap.

I got them to toss in a nice keychain (was about $50, IIRC).

I got a leather keychain with the dealer info on it by default- the leather on the keychain matched my nougat brown seats. I did end up getting the stainless steel pedal caps for free, but only because when they ordered the car they couldn’t find the option to add it as a port installed accessory so they ordered it after I took delivery and installed it for free. It’s not unheard of to ask for a freebie. I would imagine they would rather throw in a MSRP $200 accessory than take $200 cash off the purchase price.

Most definitely. Accessories cost them less to obtain.

I got summer and winter floormats, two leather keychains for each remote and some bag full with some shampooing/polishing rugs.
I was very surprised when the sales person put them in my trunk because I was soo excited for a car and asking for some extras was out of my mind. That week when I got my unbeatable deal, exactly that dealership (Pfaff) sold about 150 audi's, they have 5 or 6 location in Toronto I believe, and some sports/race cars tuning shop.

I received two beautiful keychains as well along with the Winter Mats (Summer mats came standard). No shampooing rugs though. I was very pleased with my experience.

I just negotiate the lowest possible price, and then don't ask for stuff.

But personally, I can't see asking if you already made the deal.
