Fuel fill obstruction or deformity?
I've had my 2019 P+ since 1/2/19 and I have not been able to get the gas pump nozzle to go all the way in to the fuel filler as far as the splash guard on the nozzle. Is this a design feature or unique to my car? Has anyone else had this problem?

So, you're saying, just the tip?......
I dont think Ive ever had a car where it goes all the way in to the splash guard. As long as it goes in enough to hang in there and the filler locks in place, its good to go.

If the nozzle is 8" long (I haven't measured) it just goes in 4-5". I thought the splash guard was supposed to be loosely seated at the top of the fill tube. My second newest car is a 2008 SAAB 9-3, my oldest is a 1998 Corolla. I have never had a problem seating the splash guard before.
