Default High pitch screech from right speaker

Has anyone notice a high pitch screech from the right speaker? It doesn't happen very often but its fairly loud and short screech. The few times I've noticed it was when a person was talking on the radio. I've been using primary satellite radio at the moment so I don't know if it happens in other audio settings. My car has about 8000km (5000miles).

I had the exact same issue with my A4 at about the same mileage. it happened two or three times over a several week period, and it was very loud and disconcerting. I mentioned it when I brought the car in for service, and was told that they could not find anything wrong. It has not reoccured in about 18 months since then. I was listening to FM radio when it happened.
