Default Issue updating the maps

Having some troubles updating the maps in my 2017 A4
Downloaded the files from MyAudi (2 folders - Mib1 and Mib2) and moved them to a blank SD card.
Plugged into the slot and selected "System update" on MMI but can only see SD card 1 / 2 showing as grey (with "Not available" below the selection).
Also tried to copy the files into a portable hard drive and connected to the USB port but still it cannot be recognized...
Did I do anything wrong? Or is it just the case for all Canadian A4s?
Any advice will be much appreciated!

You're missing two other files. If I recall correctly, there's a "metadata" file and one other that also need to be in the root directory. Just copy everything that the downloader downloaded.
