Look into Roc Euro, they're a great APR dealer here in Rochester.

Got an email back from APR about this.
(The sale and support of APR Plus is exclusively in the United States at this time. Both the sale of the product and the warranty claims are done only at APR Dealers in the United States. We are looking into expanding into the Canadian Market but do not have any definite ETA's at this time.)
A sad day for us here in Canada...

So I made some phone calls today out of curiosity to both APR and two local dealers. No zero to 60 times published by APR. Both dealers want MSRP of $1099.99. One will do the programming labor for $120...the other for $150. The one at $120 charges $58 to reprogram should your ECU get overwritten by an Audi update. The one at $150 will do those updates after a refresh free of charge. The dealer at $150 said they'd match the $120 from the other dealer. APR offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to try it out. If you don't like it, you get your $1099.99 back and are just out the dealers labor to install. Interesting proposition. You can also get it done for just over $600 but without the powertrain warranty so we are paying about $500 for the warranty which would be worth it IMPO.
Thinking about trying it for the 30-day free trial but still not "sold" yet that I really need it as I find my car quite peppy and meets my objectives.

The APR dealer here in Portland charges only the APR advertised price and said he'd redo it for nothing if Audi writes over it.
I'll put this in my book as another entry for why I left Jacksonville!!!!!!!

APR has sales from time to time (I think a spring sale on software is going on now actually), and I only paid $800 for mine. No charge for installation and lifetime FREE software removal or reinstall any time I request.
One thing I noticed is my fuel mileage actually improved. My TT has 12,000 miles now average 30.1 MPG, and on rural 55 MPH areas I frequently make a 100 mile trip and average 37 MPG+. I've actually hit 40 on the right day! There is so much more torque it seems to just cruise along without ever downshifting on any grade.
It is too bad the 0-60 time is not listed for the A4.....I'm going to guess 4.8 is pretty easy to achieve, and that's astonishing for a 4 door car at this price level...and with a warranty!

The Spring sale they have going on now is only for the non-plus version and it's only 10% off. He said the Plus never goes on sale....but if it did, it would be 10% max and would still be around $1000. He offered me $70 off the Plus since the Stage 1 is 10% off which equates to $69.99 off list.
