Rears are harder to get to, they are behind the rear wheel well liners. They should look like they are sealed closed. If the flaps are distorted or torn, that could be your issue.
Front look fine - will see if the dealer can check the rear for me.

Finally got my 2019 into the dealer and they say all four drain valves are fine and they cannot reproduce the issue. I demonstrated it for them several times before I dropped it off, arghhh!
