Map update 2018 in car, but not in myAudi portal
Hi gang,
some 4 weeks ago, while stuck in a horrible traffic jam, my 'connect'-ed car displayed a message that 2018 map update is available. I skipped it back then, but then got curious, how much data can 'prepaid' connect eSIM handle. Well - not much. The in-car udpater only allowed me to download 2 'regions' (Western Germany + Czech Republic), totalling around 900 megs. Sweet, I thought, now I will pull complete map pack from myAudi portal. For 2017 map pack, it was aroud 15 gigs. Except myAudi still, to this day, displays 2017 map update. I have not yet run out of the updates (5 updates every 6 months since car registration).
Any idea how quickly the myAudi portal gets updated? Could the delay be related to localized site version (Czech in my case)?
On this note, I am unable to find an English version of contact form to request an update from Audi directly. The local one sends my enquiry to dealers, which will probably lead to /dev/null.
Cheers!

I downloaded 2018 Map update today from Audi Website and then loaded via SD card. Have you tried logging into my.audi.com for your vehicle?

nope, my.audi.com still shows "Digitální silniční mapa Evropa verze 2017" (= Digital Road Map Europe version 2017). The one I've downloaded previously. Does anyone have a working link to myAudi support?
