Is MMI Freezing for anyone else?
Yesterday morning I backed my car out of the garage, and noticed once I started driving out of the neighborhood that the picture of my car with the red lines was frozen on the screen. The radio was still playing but half the screen was black and the other half was stuck in the same picture of me backing out of the garage.
I could not switch to nav, media, phone, etc, nor could I turn the volume up or down or turn the screen off..
After about 5 minutes the whole system rebooted and everything worked fine from there.
Has this happened to anyone else? I have only had my car for 6 days.. I am guessing it was a hard drive/ processor issue? Maybe I switched from reverse to drive too fast and it put a kink in the processing?
Any thoughts?

I had this once so far, a quick reset (NAV+RADIO+MMI ****) fixed this. I also has Internet not coming up several times after brief stops, a reset fixed that also.
There will be likely a TSB for a software update in the future that resolves those issues. Current version in NA is 0692, I have 0443. Hopefully by the time of the first scheduled service there will be an update to the then current version. Version details are listed in https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-...rized-2898830/

My screen locked up today for the first time. I picked up my new A4 just 4 days ago. As mentioned I could not do anything but after about 3-5 minutes it rebooted itself and seemed to work fine. Thanks for the reboot/reset instructions.
