Right, if you look at the license info in the car (confusingly in the Audi Connect section), you'll see that a few options have a much later expiration date. Stolen Car Locator and Remote Lock/Unlock are two that show a 10-year expiration date (among others), while the ones tied to Audi Connect all show "expired".

What do you mean by the key number? It asks me the same 4 digit PIN I used when I had Audi Connect.

Ah that number. The only time I had to use it is when opening Audi Connect account. So this key is entered during registration just for car locking and unlocking via Connect?

Doesn't use connect as it runs off the SOS using a alternative sim..

Can someone please confirmed the New app works with the earlier built 17 B9, So far mine does not and i'll hearing it WILL not.

I bought my 2017 A4 in April 2016. I installed the MyAudi app on my Android phone and it seems to work OK. It shows me my mileage, how much gas I have in the tank, my vehicle status, etc. But I have yet to test the Geofence, Speed and Valet alerts.

The new "myAudi connect" app does not work. It only retrieves car information while connected to some WiFi, not over the regular cellular connection, and even with WiFi often times out.

I got my 2018 SQ5 just a few months back and am not happy - I picked this vehicle over two competitors because of the tech - if the tech does not work as expected, I consider it a lemon.

Hopefully Audi will resolve this soon otherwise Audi USA is in for a legal surprise.
