Just started this morning. Push firmly on the brake and the rpm's drop to 500. Let off slightly and rpm's pop back up to 750. Might as well not have the app if I have monitor brake pressure like that.

I checked on this during my commute today. My idle remains at about 800 regardless of what I do. I don't know why your situation would be different.

For me, it was random, it didn't always drop the idling down but it did happen occasionally. It was enough to annoying so I switched back.

I just got the OBDEleven and connected to my 23018 Audi A3. I do not see an app for start/stop. Am I missing something? Can someone please help? I only have about 30 apps showing.

I am new to the Audi world and am very intrigued by the coding capabilities. I would like to look into this to add some additional displays, etc. Pardon my ignorance, but where do I go to buy an apparatus like this? I've googled a few things, but can't seem to get a straight forward answer. Is this a phone app or a piece of PC software with a special wire to connect to the OBD port? Also, does this void warranty in any way? Thanks in advance!

It's hardware that you plug into your car plus an app that you use from an Android phone or tablet.

I'm in Canada and I also get the surge of the rpm's

It really sucks but I contacted obdeleven from the app help section and explained my situation and got my credits back.

I read there is a way to manual stop it by doing wire install but I will need to look into it more
