Parallel parking in this car sucks
This car has no idea what's going on. I'm so sick of the "emergency" braking firing, scaring the crap out of me, when I'm backing into a tight spot. There needs to be a quick defeat mode to turn off the pre-sense.

Cant say Ive ever experienced it while parking. However, I do agree its too sensitive. One time it activated to a mailbox when I was backing down my friends driveway, scared the crap out of me.

Nope, is that even an option anywhere? He's talking about the "cross traffic alert rear pre-sense collision warning" or some crap like that. Where if it senses you are going to hit something it screeches to a blinding halt. Unfortunately, most of the time when this happens you are barely going 3 mph and you werent even close to anything.
