So long story short, someone hit my rear bumper while i was shopping and left behind a nicely sized hole/cracked plastic in my rear bumper. Didn’t notice it until next day and there is no video footage of the are of the parking lot I was parked in.

Want to get it fixed which will at least require a rear bumper cover. Any insights as to price and what the most cost effective way to go about this may be? I will not claim it on my insurance due to a previous issue
where I believed they were going to drop me on the spot.

I'd try eBay, there may be several part numbers that transcend to your model, i.e s-line (recommend calling your dealership to get product number). Depending on how large the hole is there may be chance a body show can heat and bring it back to life?

Unless you find a color matching used one either from junk yard or eBay, new bumper cover come from Audi as primed unpainted. So a new one will need be painted by a body shop.
