Satellite view keeps defaulting back to regular map

There is an MMI software update that fixes this problem. For some reason some dealerships are playing dumb about it, but it does exist. I had it applied to my car and now that feature works perfectly.

I get it if there is weak LTE signal that it would temporarily change to the standard map, but at least revert back (automatically) to the satellite map when a signal is strong enough. Annoying!
