I just ordered some from ebay for pretty cheap ($47). Here is the link for those that are interested NEW! Sport Automatic Foot Pedal Cap Kit For Audi A4 (B9) Sedan Avant 2016 2017 | eBay
The only thing I'm worried about it says "Audi A4 (B9) Sedan Avant 2016 2017" but I think it will work out regardless.
Ill let you all know if it works out when I get home from Afghanistan around May and finally get my new car I'm so eager for!!!!

The new B9 was launched in 2016. Only in America do they call models by advancing one year (if you buy a car on 31st Dec 2016, RoW they will still call it 2016 A4 whereas in America (I believe it is from when they launch the MY; for e.g. 2018 A4 is out), it is a 2017 A4). So don't worry about the 2016, 2017. To confirm, just check the dead pedal and see if it is the same as in the new A4.

They should arrive today, I did confirm with the dealer that it does come with the dead pedal cover. I'll let you all know tonight for sure.

The left cover (not sure what its called :P) and the gas pedal were super easy to install. The brake pedal was a pain in the ****ing *** but eventually it went in.
They are well worth the $63 CAD I paid for them. They look so much better than the stock ones.
