Are you all using 93? Why not 91?

Oh I see. We usually have 91 and 93 available. I’m sure I probably won’t see a difference with 93. But that’s my mind hoping to save a few cents.

Same where I’m at. Always only Shell or BP for me. 93 too.

Actually, you will see a difference, in both power and probably MPG. If you look at any dyno chart where they compare the same car on 91 vs 93 youll see a HP difference. Every tuner has dyno maps showing 91 vs 93 and how much more HP youll pick up on 93.

As for the Wawa by me, they only have 91. My local Exxon turned into a Conoco(apparently top tier) over the summer and its the cheapest 93 around, so I go there.

Actually I was at Shell the other night and the attendant mentioned/warned me that the gas went up 10 cents a gallon a short while ago. I was going to mention that you guys won't be seeing me for a while not at 40 cents more a gallon.

I've noticed the same thing here in regards to Shell pricing compared to BP, Mobil, Sunoco and Speedway (formerly Hess).

Here in the Baltimore MD area, I rarely see 91 octane at anyplace other than Sunoco stations. It's almost always 87, 89 & 93...
