Subs are used in trunks all the time. There is nothing inherently wrong with it being in there, even for non-rap music.

Can someone please direct me to the location of the b9 factory amp location, pls And thank you( non b&o) factory system- i need to run my audio control lc7i off fhe front speakers outluts to turn into rca to ise my alpine amp- btw, ive already done this w/my subs( very easy on that) but no factory amp on back left area as on b8 i nustbread on

Just wondering if anyone upgraded to a better sub or made any other changes to B&O system? Would appreciate if you can share the changes made.

Not yet. Waiting for someone else to pop out their BO sub, measure impedance, and measure out the hole I haven't had free-time to tear apart the rear deck. Maybe around christmas when my family leaves a few days prior to me.

Thanks for the update. I am too waiting for someone else to make the changes. I would have done it but not really a techie with this stuff. Hoping someone does the upgrade soon and posts the directions. cheers.

When i visit a local dealer there is a 17 PP with sport pkg witch the previous owner install a second AMP connected with a 2CH Hi/Low convertor on both. I compare it to the original one(B&O) and figure out there are a few noise behind the sound. No matter how i change the setting the noise is just there. I tried regular radio, HD radio, and the bt stream as well.
