VCDS / OBDeleven dynamic high beam without pushing the lever
Hi, I have a Golf R with dynamic high beam and there is a coding to activate it when the car starts so I don't have to push the lever everytinme I enter in my car. You can find it here : https://www.stemei.de/pages/coding/v...tent-reset.php
Now I bought a new Audi and it seems the coding is not the same, does someone know the new coding ?

No one has found it yet.
Although thank you for sharing that website, it has some interesting tidbits that haven't been shared before.
Has anyone attempted this coding in disabling the DRL wink for LED headlight-equipped vehicles?

In the on-board power supply control unit of the new Audi A4 8W and installed xenon headlamps, you have the option of disabling the dimming of the LED daytime running lights on the respective side (headlight left / right) when flashing. After the adjustment, the LED daytime running lights do not blink in the flashing process and remain at 100% brightness.
The following coding is to be used:

Deactivation of the automatic dimming of the LED daytime running light when flashing

The following coding is to be used:
- Select STG 09 (vehicle electrical system)
- Select STG encoding
- Select byte 2
- Disable bit 5

^ That only works with the Xenon models from my understanding. The A4's with full LED headlights still dim when blinker is activated but disabling wink is still possible. In fact, 2017 A4 for some reason are wired to deactivate DRL when blinker is activated, and coding doesn't seem to be possible at all.
However, 2018 A4 (at least my Canadian spec vehicle) already comes programmed and wired to keep DRL activated and dimmed with turn signal, only on a certain setting (DRL/parking lights). Vehicle can be coded to turn "Scandinavian DRL" so it would function the same when set in AUTO.
I have asked someone with a 2017 model to test it out and no matter what setting or coding, their DRL winks. Mine still winks when set on AUTO, but like I said:
Parking lights with parking brakes activated = dimmed DRL https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-I...XPJKjWN3iu0fdj
Parking lights with parking brakes disabled = full brightness DRL / dimmed with turn signal https://drive.google.com/open?id=1AS...bN3mqEVva2B2Vm
