First Time Scanning New Car With OBD11

If it is intermittent and you have no other fault codes I would be inclined to clear it and wait to see if it reappears. The u112300 databus error code by itself is a bit cryptic / a mystery.

That screen shot is not particularly helpful either. You cut out a lot of the information from the DTC, particularly which control module is this error even from.

Thanks guys for the replies,
I guess it’s not big deal, will just clear it and ignore. No warning lights or anything wrong with the car either.
Apart from the fact that I feel as if the acceleration is jerky.
Might be cos I’m still getting used to the car. Had a diesel before, this is a petrol.

Yeah, the B9 seems to have a lot of those databus error instances.
Notice still with a screen shot, how data is missing from the error. The freeze frame data, which may or may not contain useful information, such as fault frequency.
The ECM receives data from other systems constantly. Without some error detail denoting who the data was from and what the errant data was, if there's no other operational problems, it would be complicated to capture the bus traffic and determine what the ECM's issue was.
When you do a scan with OBDeleven, it creates a history log that you can email yourself and then post as text to a thread. That's going to be closer to the log quality were simply used to around here because VCDS exists.
