Nah...it's been around for several years...google it. Very durable and withstands high temperatures...can even be used on engine parts. The best feature is it is fairly easy to remove if you want to go back to the stock look...no painting!!!

In addition to being the stock S4 rims, they also come on the A4 as part of the Sport Plus package (which is what I have). The rims are very nice, but I wish they were 19".

My mechanic is a personal friend who lives directly across the street from me, so my situation is a bit unique. Let's just say that I gave him more than he asked for (he painted my calipers, too).
