Windshield washer jet nozzle, how to remove?

Windshield washer jet nozzle, how to remove?
The drivers side spray nozzle seem to me plugged, I have only the center and left nozzle working but not the overlapping center one.
I was looking into that deep nested plastic housing from the windshield side, not sure if that hex screw is holding the housing...I just need a hint from where to start...
It feels stupid for me to spend my time with a service to clean it...
