Is it worth (if possible) to upgrade passive suspension to adaptive suspension
I have an A4 2018 Quattro, with passive suspensions, I am wondering if I should get the adaptive suspension.
Is it possible and worth getting the upgrade.

Probably not.
In the US anyway, adaptive suspension was never offered on MY18 A4s. I've got the sport and think it's fine. Not too rough on the horrible DC streets but stiff enough as to not lean during hard cornering.

I should have mentioned I am in UK. I like the stiffer suspension but the thing is that if I am travelling with someone, the ride is not good, as the roads are just "crap" around where I live.
