I'm wondering just how well a VW Eos's hard top would fit, if it would fit on my B6 A4 cab, My friend who works at a dealership tells me that its possible it may fit, if that's the case then my soft tops rear window problems can go away into the past. if it's a part that would fit i could in theory purchase one and try to get it installed onto my car yes? does anyone know if this is possible or if it's worth spending the money to find out?

A couple of standard American replies come to mind:
1) "How much money is it worth to you to find out?"
and 2) "Do ya fell lucky? Well, do ya?"

Right now I'd pay $100 to find out.
I might pay $600 if somebody else had seen it work, and I'd pay $1,000 if I'd seen it work (and liked it).
Part's only of course, I'm counting on doing all the labor still.
