2007 A4 Cabroiolet soft top is stuck

2007 Cabriolet A4 top is stuck in the open position . The motor works because it starts to close and gets half way and goes back down. But the hood doesn't doesn't go back down.

Maybe doing it manually will help. There is quite a thorough demonstration on the video.

Did manual reset (make sure windows are down and follow the YouTube video posted earlier above.
