Audi A4 Concert CD Changer wiring colours?

Audi A4 Concert CD Changer wiring colours?
Hiya to everyone 
Im new to the site and ive just bought my 1st Audi A4 Converible 2.0tdi 2006, should of bought an Audi sooner lol, the previous owner had Audi install an ipod connector, to do this they removed the wires from the iso connector for the cd changer (pins 13 to 20), Ive managed to track down the wires but i cant find any information to which colour wires go where, I dont suppose anyone may know this at all? Any help would be very greatful. thanks
