my « new « A4 cabriolet 2003 3.0l has a problem.
jt’s running on iddle only, if I give more gaz, it won’t reach more than 1200 rpm and become very rough.

I had some code previously about missfire but it was running well.
I cleaned grounds relay and connectors for that, thinking it was a corrosion problem...

I don’t see any vacuum leak.

I gate an appointment at the garage only in two weeks, do you have an idea what I should look at by this time ?
The guy at the garage told me to disconnect the batterie and short the cable to drain the condensor to reset
the « protect mode » giving me a chance to bring the car at the garage, but it does nothing 🙁

After cleaning all connectors, looking for a vacuum leak, cleaning the engine and moving the car in the driveway.

the limp mode is gone, the power is back...
after a few miles some code appear again
P0421, P0431, P0300, P0305, P0306
Do you think, one of those code could have cause the limp mode???

After 3 days withour problem. The limp mode came back. But this Time with other code P0303 P0304 last time it was cyl 5 and 6 !!!
also the PRND light were flashing.
after 10 min. Everything went normal...
