front latches work ok, windows also drop halfway. the problem is at the rear. have tried manual operation but it wont budge. i am reluctant to force this as i might damage the locking mechanism or break the key! can i now force the front back down and lock manualy? will the windows go back up if i do this? regards if you can advise. . . . Make sure the rear top down storage is set. The key is in correctly, push it completely in one way. If it's not perpendicular, it won't turn with any angle. Check all the things I fixed on my website in my signature
